In its by-laws (adopted July 2009), the National Outreach Scholarship Conference outlined a broad set of goals and activities that it wants to achieve. Some of those goals and activities are achieved through the annual meetings. Others are achieved through collaborative efforts and research, and through programs that the NOSC sponsors.
